Detection Significance
Materials and Structure Ingredients: Mainly polymer materials such as polycaprolactone (PCL) and polyurethane, some of which contain glass fiber to enhance strength. Thickness: 1.6-4.8mm, select as needed (thin plates are used for fingers, thick plates are used for torso). Ventilation hole design: Reduce the risk of skin immersion, suitable for hot and humid environments or long-term wear.

1.Low-temperature thermoplastic is a new type of polymer material made of high molecular polyester through a series of physical and chemical treatments.

2.It is stable in a dry environment at room temperature (10℃-30℃), becomes soft and plastic after being heated in 65-70℃ water for 1-3 minutes, and hardens in 3-5 minutes at room temperature.
3.It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good air permeability, and strong plasticity. It is reusable and biodegradable, which is beneficial to bone healing and bone fixation.
